Klarna is looking for a Norwegian Risk Assistant, Merchant Control to the office in Stockholm.

Working tasks

In the last 5 years Klarna has branched out to the whole of Scandinavia. We are still expanding and are now entering new European markets which means that we need even more competent and driven staff to help us on our way. The market that we are recruiting for now is Norway. The Merchant Control department at Klarna is looking for a Risk Assistant to join the Merchant Risk Team.

As a Risk Assistant your main tasks will be to monitor, measure and handle the risks related to Klarna's Norwegian counterparts - E-stores. You'll be using existing tools and frameworks to perform these tasks, you will also be working towards developing new ways of assessing merchant risk. This means that you'll be put in a position of responsibility from an early stage and will be given ample opportunity to show both your creativity and analytical skills from pretty much day one. You will be communicating with many different departments within Klarna.

Your administrative skills will be especially important in building and managing the structures surrounding the administrative work as well as ensuring that the right information is available to all departments, a task that you will have sole responsibility for. Building up the framework and structure surrounding risk management towards our Norwegian counterparts will also be a task that you will manage on your own.

The Norwegian market is still new to Klarna so you will be facing new and unique tasks everyday. Our goal is that you'll quickly become a specialist at handling risk-related tasks regarding our Norwegian counterparts. In addition to your daily tasks you will be the project manager of different investigations and projects focusing on rationalizing the work processes. You will also be assisting with reports for analysis and risk assessments. It is a highly independent function which will give you ample opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.

Requirements

The person we're looking for a young and energetic person with a great interest in Business Administration. If you have any education within the field it is a great plus. Any work experience from risk-related tasks is a merit.

You are fluent in English and Norwegian both in writing and speech. A good knowledge in Swedish is preferred. You are organized, accurate and a fast learner. It is also important that you're inventive, independent and that you possess an administrative mindset.
