What do you want to know?
This is where you find the answers to all sorts of questions. Like if we can extend your the due date on your invoice (we can), or why you've received a reminder notice despite having paid your invoice.

My invoice says that I can pay by istallments, how?
All you have to do is pay the amount listed on your invoice on the "Pay atleast" row. If you want to pay more than that amount that's fine too. When you pay by installments with Klarna you always choose how much you want to pay each month, although no less than 5 EUR or 1/24 of the amount you owe. But that's not all, all the purchases you make using Klarna account are gathered to a single monthly invoice.

All you have to do to pay by installments is the following
1. Pay as much as you like, although no less than the minimum amount stated.
2. You'll receive an account agreement, if the amount is over 150 EUR you need to sign the agreement and send one of the copies back to us.
3. You'll receive an invoice every month that you have outstanding debt, payment is due at the end of each month.

Installments with Klarna have an annual interest rate of 19.5% and a 3 EUR a month administrative fee.
I accidently paid an invoice twice or paid too much.

Then it's about time you get your money back. Or if you'd prefer we can transfer the payment to another invoice or current outstanding debt.

To get your money back you need to:
1. Write a letter with your complete name and personal identity number.
2. State the invoice number of the invoice you overpaid for as well as the paid amount
3. To transfer your money back to you we also need your bank account number, clearing number and the name of your bank.
4. If the amount exceeds 5 000 SEK we also need a receipt showing when the payment was made.
5. Send the letter with your details to the address shown below

Keep in mind that we only make payments to the same party who made the initial purchase.

I've recieved a debt collection notice but I am unable to pay, is there anything I can do?
Any questions concerning debt collection should be directed at Segoria who manage our debt collection. They could help you by setting up a payment plan. Segoria can be reached at segoria.se

Information from Segoria: Upon setting up a payment plan a one-off fee of 150 SEK till be charged aswell as a 50 SEK administrative fee every month. The current interest rate is 25,5%. If we don't receive your payment in time, or if you pay a lower amount than the agreed upon amount the payment plan ceases to be valid. If this happens you must pay off the remainder of your debt at once.
I haven't received my account invoice for this month yet, when is it sent?
If you've chosen to pay by installments with Klarna an invoice will be sent to you halfway into each month. This invoice should be paid by the end of the same month. Your first monthly invoice will be sent in the middle of the following month, that is to say that you'll receive an invoice in February if your first purchase was in January. If your invoice hasn't arrived by the twentieth please contact our customers service department, this is easiest done through our mail forms.
I've received a reminder notice or a collection notice despite recently paying my invoice. How come?
You probably paid your invoice too late. It usually takes up to three days before payment reaches the recipient's account. The reminder fee or collection fee are in this case considered late fees which should be paid, despite you already having paid your invoice. This is because the due date on your invoice is in reference to when we had to have received the money by, which means that in your case you likely paid too late.
Can I extend the due date on my invoice?
Of course! If you're referring to an original invoice we can extend the due date by up to ten days. Wo do not not however extend the due date on reminder or debt collection invoices. The same rules apply for account invoices.

To extend the due date go the customer service part of the site and chose the extend your due date topic.
I've returned the goods but I just received a reminder or collection notice, what should I do?
Get in touch with our customers service department, this is most easily done through our mail forms. If the e-store hasn't registered your returns you'll have to contact the store to make sure they've received your returned goods.
I've received an account agreement, what exactly is it?
If you've opted to pay by installments with klarna you'll receive an account agreement. To start paying simply sign the agreement and send one of the copies back to us. Keep in mind that the agreement must be sent so it arrives before the due date specified on the agreement.
I've already paid the e-store, what should I do?
If you've made a payment to the stores bank account instead of ours please contact the store as soon as possible to make sure they've received your payment. Once the store has received your payment they will usually cancel the invoice for you.
I've posted my account agreement, so why have I received a reminder or collection notice?
Even account agreements have a due date, that's why its especially important that you send us your account agreement in good time to make sure that you don't risk getting any late fees.
